The assistant's testimony revealed new details about the case.

P. Diddy's personal assistant, Philip Pines, has filed a lawsuit against his employer, claiming he was coerced into cleaning up after the Wild King Nights parties. This was reported by The Guardian.

According to information provided by Pines' lawyers, from December 2019 to December 2021, P. Diddy pressured his assistant to engage in sexual acts with women and organize parties where sexual activities, alcohol consumption, and drug use occurred.

In the lawsuit, he also claims that the producer deliberately exposed a famous guest to the risk of contracting Covid-19 during the celebration of his 51st birthday and describes an incident where P. Diddy forced him to have sex with a woman. Furthermore, Pines alleges that he witnessed a violent attack by P. Diddy on a guest in Miami.

In his allegations, Pines states that his duties included organizing the delivery of drugs, alcohol, and sexual items, as well as cleaning up after parties, which involved removing traces of drugs and bodily fluids from rooms, deleting compromising videos from P. Diddy's devices, and ensuring the confidentiality of the events.

Additionally, Pines asserts that Combs tested his loyalty, including instances where he was asked to return to work simply to find the remote control for the television. According to him, the cleanup after the parties was assigned to him to avoid extra costs for cleaning services at the hotel.

P. Diddy, arrested in September on charges of racketeering and human trafficking, is currently held at a detention center in Brooklyn after being denied bail three times. At the latest hearing in this case, Judge Arun Subramanian noted the high likelihood of witness testimony fabrication by Combs and attempts to conceal contact with third parties during incarceration.

“There is compelling evidence of P. Diddy's propensity for violence,” the judge stated in his ruling. Earlier this month, P. Diddy's lawyers withdrew their appeal for his bail release.
