The body of Janis Timma, the ex-husband of famous singer Anna Sedokova, was discovered in central Moscow. Preliminary reports suggest that the 32-year-old Latvian basketball player took his own life. The tragic news coincided with Sedokova's birthday.
Janis's body was found on the first floor of a building on Makeeva Street in the early hours of December 17. Beside the body was his iPhone, which displayed a message saying "call Anna, *phone number*, thank you for everything." An ambulance arrived at the scene, but it was too late to save the athlete.
Shortly before the tragedy, Timma posted a story on his Instagram account congratulating Sedokova on her birthday.
Currently, there are two theories regarding the tragic incident involving Janis Timma. The first suggests that the athlete jumped from the roof of a five-story building, suffering fatal injuries from the fall. Reports indicate that his body, showing signs of asphyxia, was found between floors by one of the residents of the building. The basketball player had checked into a hostel on the first floor of the five-story building from December 14 to 16. The second theory posits that his death was due to the abuse of illegal narcotics.
It is worth noting that Anna and Timma were married for about four years, but the singer filed for divorce in October of this year.
