The management of LLC "S-T" is suspected of embezzling over 934 million sums and 79 tons of coal intended for heating social facilities in the Kukdalin district. According to the investigation, the perpetrators included false information in the documents regarding uncompleted work on the heating network repairs. A criminal case has been initiated, and the investigation is ongoing.

The General Prosecutor's Office has reported the embezzlement of 934.4 million sums allocated for the renovation of the heating system in the Kukdalin district.

According to the investigation conducted by the district department, the management of LLC "S-T," in collusion with other individuals, provided false information in official documents regarding the completed work on the construction and repair of heating systems for social facilities.

In addition to the funds, the perpetrators also misappropriated 79 tons of coal that had been imported for heating these facilities.

A criminal case has been initiated regarding the embezzlement under Article 167 of the Criminal Code of Uzbekistan ("Theft by appropriation or misappropriation"). An investigation is ongoing.
