There was a notable rise in the number of applications compared to previous years, including requests from new beneficiaries. For instance, applications began to arrive from regions such as Karakalpakstan, as well as from patients at the Neurosurgery Institute, indicating an expansion of the geography and accessibility of assistance.

The new, expanded board of trustees held 27 meetings where strategic decisions were made aimed at improving operations and enhancing transparency. A new regulation on the board's activities was approved, and contracts were signed with its members, outlining their responsibility for the transparency and effectiveness of the foundation's work.

The foundation continues to actively implement digital solutions to make the donation process as convenient and transparent as possible for every donor.
Agreement with the Rahmat platform has made it possible to donate funds while paying for services, making support for the foundation simple and accessible in daily life.
Auto-payments via CLICK simplify regular donations, helping donors support the foundation consistently without having to think about each subsequent contribution. Money transfers for the foundation can also be made through the Alif Mobi system.
QR codes have become an important element of convenience and innovation. The updated codes are now placed on donation boxes, banners, and in crowded areas, allowing everyone to easily contribute with just a few clicks.
These measures make the donation process as convenient as possible and enhance the transparency of the foundation's financial flows, reaffirming our commitment to the principles of openness and accountability. That is why in 2024, the “Ezgu Amal” Foundation made a significant strategic decision to completely eliminate the practice of working with cash. This step not only enhances trust from donors but also serves as a key element in ensuring maximum transparency of all financial operations.
A Telegram bot has been implemented to manage the cash boxes, allowing real-time tracking of their effectiveness. This innovation has significantly improved control and enabled prompt analysis of results. Additionally, the foundation closed 35 ineffective cash boxes, redirecting the freed resources to more productive projects. Clear criteria for opening new points were also established, ensuring targeted use of funds and maximum benefit for the beneficiaries.
