Discussed the goals of training the population for in-demand professions and providing high-paying job opportunities.

This issue always holds a priority place in the social policy of the state. In the context of economic globalization, the demand for skilled mid-level personnel continues to grow.

In this regard, the meeting analyzed key aspects of training such specialists and identified relevant tasks.

Over the past five years, equipment worth 24 billion dollars has been imported for the country's industrial enterprises, creating 63 thousand new capacities and 1.5 million permanent jobs. Currently, there is a need for more than 200 thousand qualified specialists across various sectors of the economy.

Within the framework of investment programs for the next three years, an additional 500 thousand specialists will be required in new enterprises. Qualified personnel are needed to operate new equipment and technologies.

Our country already has positive experience in the cooperation of technical schools with manufacturing enterprises to develop a dual education system. In particular, the Asakinsky Transport and Machine Engineering College, the Bukhara College of Energy, Oil and Gas, the Shirin Energy College, as well as colleges in Guzar and Shakhrisabz are preparing modern specialists in collaboration with local and foreign enterprises.

The meeting defined measures to support private enterprises participating in this process and to create attractive conditions for the expansion of dual education.

In collaboration with Germany, training in in-demand professions and the German language has been organized in 14 technical schools. Governors and industry leaders were instructed to implement a similar experience in at least five technical schools in each region.

Knowledge of foreign languages is of great importance for mastering modern professions. In this connection, instructions were given to increase the number of language classes in schools and vocational training centers, as well as to attract foreign teachers to technical schools.

The necessity of improving the quality of education in 65 vocational centers that are part of the Ministry of Employment and Poverty Reduction was noted, as well as attracting grants to equip these centers with the necessary equipment for training in relevant professions.

The programs of 13 training centers for construction professions will also be aligned with labor market demands. The recruitment system will be digitized, allowing for the training of up to 20 thousand specialists annually.

Internationally recognized certificates will be issued to individuals who have mastered a profession independently or as an apprentice. For this purpose, five centers for assessing professional skills will be established in the regions.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been tasked with taking necessary measures aimed at simplifying the visa regime with countries such as the United Kingdom, Germany, Canada, Slovakia, Australia, and New Zealand for citizens wishing to obtain education and improve qualifications, as well as work in modern enterprises abroad.

As is known, developed countries have programs like "Work and Travel." In particular, the youth of our country visits European countries during vacation periods, where they combine study with earning. To expand access to this opportunity, starting next year, the Youth Affairs Agency will begin providing students with loans to cover travel costs.

Furthermore, the need to strengthen dialogue with compatriots working abroad was emphasized, as well as creating conditions for high-paying jobs and providing them with social and legal support.

Reports from responsible officials were heard at the meeting. Specific tasks were identified for training the unemployed in in-demand professions and ensuring employment for citizens returning from abroad.
