A new ecology minister has been appointed in Karakalpakstan.

Uzbekistan, Tashkent – AN Podrobno.uz. Leyli Seitova has been appointed as the Minister of Ecology, Environmental Protection, and Climate Change for Karakalpakstan.

According to the report by Zhokargy Kenesa, prior to her appointment, Seitova served as a deputy in the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis.

Additionally, she was a member of the Budget and Economic Reforms Committee in the lower house of parliament, led the financial department of the Nukus district, and held various other responsible positions.
