The competition tasks for the AI Challenge this year were developed by Sber, its partners, and companies from the Alliance for Artificial Intelligence, including T-Bank, Severstal, Samolet, Rusagro, VK, the National Medical Research Center for Therapy and Preventive Medicine, SberEducation, Algoritmika, and other companies.
This year, the winners of the 2023 AI Challenge, Makar Baderko and Semyon Epanov, also participated in preparing the cases. Together with SberInvestments, they prepared a task for the team track “Explorers,” which involved building a time series model for validating MOEX (Moscow Exchange) data, taking into account investment news to predict price movements over a one-hour period.
